Create a Google Sheet
sheets.google.com → New blank spreadsheet → Name it Mend Resilience Inventory

Open Apps Script
Extensions → Apps Script → delete default code → paste entire contents of mend-Code.gs → Save

Run setup + set API key
Run setupSheets. Then: Project Settings → Script Properties → add ANTHROPIC_API_KEY with your key.

Deploy as web app
Deploy → New deployment → Web app. Execute as: Me. Access: Anyone. Copy the URL.
